A high-brightness LED, triggered by the large front button, keeps the display readable in low light. It includes world time, a stopwatch, a countdown timer, and multiple alarms, all in a case built to take knocks. The case and bezel use bio-based carbon and bio-based resin to reduce environmental impact while keeping G-SHOCK toughness.
