Returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted for up to 7 days of customer's original purchase (with email receipt or tracking number) for unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and non-modified merchandise. All merchandise must remain in its original packaging or with original packaging fully intact (including all tags). Your return or exchange must be postmarked no later than 7 days after your delivery date.
All sales of special release items (i.e. any product with a release/launch date anywhere online or in the product description on our site), items that state they are not eligible for return in the product description, items marked down on our website, items discounted via use of a discount code, and anything else marked final sale are nonrefundable, i.e. unable to be returned, exchanged, or canceled for any reason other than the receipt of a damaged/defective item.
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping, unless the item is being returned because of a corporate fulfillment error, i.e. a staff member ships the wrong product/wrong size/wrong color.
In the event that corporate fulfills a customer's order in error (wrong size, wrong color, wrong product, etc), corporate will facilitate an exchange to fulfill the originally purchased order; restocking fee will not be applied and corporate will maintain the customer's shipping costs for this fulfillment.
Corporate refuses all refunds and exchanges on the grounds of the customer wanting to exchange 'older' merchandise for 'newer' merchandise within the 10 business day purchasing window.
All returns will be offered via store credit if criteria is met (minus 3% restocking fee and shipping costs, as noted in our terms & conditions). Once your return is received and completed, please allow up to 2 business days for your refund to process as store credit.
If your return is received damaged or unsellable, we will not process your return.
Please note that orders made with “bot” type services and back links will be cancelled at our discretion. It is not our responsibility to control a buyer’s “bot” and you will be held responsible for all orders.
